All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

Handmade products may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish. These are not considered defects but part of the product’s uniqueness.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Handmade brooches
• Customized products
• Accessories
• Any made-to-order items

Apparel Exchange Policy (Shirts, T-shirts, Kurtis)

We offer size exchange only for apparel items under the following conditions:

• Exchange must be requested within 3 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Courier and handling charges must be borne by the customer
• Exchange must be shipped to our registered address
